The Flash Season 7: Release Date, Cast, Plot And All Detail

The CW has released a new teaser clip for The Flash season 7, setting up the major rescue mission that Barry Allen will be taking on in the new events. The Flash is among the CW’s most popular shows on the community and is the cornerstone of its DC programming today that Arrow has reasoned, making this premiere a highly expected event. The Flash season 7 is premiering after than it usually would, as a result of COVID-19, but the show is finally set to come back on March 2.

This upcoming season of The Flash will be a big one for the Arrowverse franchise since it will continue to deal with the fallout of the events of the Crisis on Infinite Earth’s crossover. Crisis on Infinite Earths was a turning point for The CW’s DC content and enabled the network to take the shows in a new way and create spinoff series like the recently-premiered Superman & Lois. The Flash season 7 specifically will follow Barry on his assignment from the ending of season 6: bettering his wife, Iris.

In a quick clip posted on the official IGN YouTube station, viewers can see how Barry is putting together his strategy with this particular all-important mission. As the video description notes, Barry might have to work quickly to save Iris before his pace permanently runs outside. He says that he simply has a few days left to utilize his super-speed, in that case. Barry has a massive challenge ahead. You can see his whole discussion with Joe and Cecile from the teaser clip under:

What is exceptional about this clip from The Flash season 7 is the fact that it strikes a different tone than previous plan sessions in The Flash. Usually, from the series, the preparation sessions using”Team Flash” possess a very sci-fi adventure sense, but without the additional Star Labs characters around, this scene feels more serious. Once again, The CW is hoping to illustrate just how Crisis on Infinite Earths was a turning point for all of the characters.

According to previous trailers, viewers are already aware Barry will be entering the Mirrorverse at The Flash season 7 and continuing his fight against Mirror Master. The question is then, of course, if Barry will succeed in regaining his super-speed and rescue his loved ones. As soon as it’s most likely the season will have a happy end, it’s also possible The CW is attempting to increase the stakes to your Arrowverse, meaning The Flash season 7 might not see Barry fully triumph.
