On August 26, a group of individuals organized a demonstration against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan outside Mannat after he endorsed an online game app. Shah Rukh Khan was just named the brand ambassador for the A23 gaming app.
Khan was sponsoring the A23 online rummy service. The “Untouch Youth Foundation” protested in front of SRK’s residence. Members of the group claim that they oppose websites and game apps like Junglee Rummy, Zupee, and others because they disturb and mislead young people.

Bollywood celebrities are aware of this, but they continue to support these games without receiving any payment. We demand an end to these commercials. Google does not list these apps since they are illegal; instead, they have been posted to prohibited websites. The organization alleged in a statement that “famous actors and actresses work in these advertisements and they are working towards misguiding society.”
The forum’s president, Krishchandra Adal, observed that while Bollywood actors are endorsing online gaming. And misleading young people, the authorities arrest people who gamble outdoors. Bollywood celebrities continue to endorse them despite being aware of their negative impact and potential financial consequences.
