Are you a fan of Lucifer? The fifth season of Tom Kapinos’s crime urban fantasy series introduced its first part last year. The viewer is on the verge of losing patience for the next installment. Here are the upgrades you need regarding the second portion of Lucifer Season 5.
Just like the first part, the next part will have eight episodes. We also have an affirmation into the sixth season of Lucifer in the streamer’s end.
Possible premiere dates for Lucifer season 5 part 2
Lucifer season 5 part 1 premiered on the streaming titan on Aug. 21, 2020, which is about six months ago. Technically, a March 2021 debut would have been great as every half would only be six months apart.
Regrettably, nobody was counting on COVID-19 to interrupt things. Understandably, manufacturing was placed on hold to get the cast and crew’s safety. Filming was declared in late 2020.

What will happen in Lucifer season 5, part 2?
Among the most exciting episodes in season five, part two is certain to be the musical event — branded Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam — that has long been teased by the show’s producers and cast.
At DC Fan Dome, we eventually got our first glance at the ambitious installment, with a clip which sees Lucifer and his LAPD buddies Ella, Detective Decker, and Dan play a rendition of Queen’s Another One Bites The Dust.
The setting is an American college sports field, using a group of soccer players, cheerleaders, and brass band musicians getting in on the action using their particular dances.

It’s a fun clip, but the episode also appears set to pack an emotional punch; co-star Lauren German has teased a second that she found particularly moving.
“Lucifer is in a challenging place, and Tom goes into song… and I was in my trailer just crying at how beautiful the minute is and only knowing the moment in the narrative, it brought tears to my eye,” she informed Entertainment Tonight. “It is indeed totally touching and gorgeous… You can feel what he’s feeling, throughout the singing, and it’s beautiful.”
There is also the small matter of God’s coming on Earth to take care of, with Dennis Haysbert making his debut in the midseason finale, ending things on a huge cliffhanger.
