Westworld is a dystopian show Made by HBO and created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The show was a huge hit for HBO, just like its other shows, including Games of Thrones and True Detective. Based upon a picture of 1973 with the same name, this show gained a considerable fan base with all the appreciations and good reviews the show and, after being the most-watched HBO Original Series plus it was able to bag the 9 Prime Time Emmy Awards out of 43 nominations.

Season eight of this show ended with a great deal of confusion for those viewers. Fundamentally, it left the viewers with more questions than answers. Because of all those questions still hanging will most of the lovers, they are eagerly waiting for the fourth season to emerge. We’re here with all the info you need to know about the upcoming season of the show.

Release Date

The premiere of the third season was on March 15, 2020, and its eight-episode run ended on May 3, 2020. HBO renewed the show for the fourth summer in April 2020. Following the tradition of the release routine i.e., every new season comes after two years gap; we would want to wait a little longer for the next season.

Additionally, as a result of the continuing pandemic, the launch date could be impacted. However, we can be hopeful about its release in 2022.

Cast

HBO hasn’t created any official revelation about the cast for another season. But we could expect:

  • Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores
  • Thandie Newton as Maeve
  • Jeffrey Wright as Bernard
  • Tessa Thompson as Charlotte Hale
  • Aaron Paul as Caleb Nichols
  • Ed Harris as Man in Black

Plot

The end of season 3 abandoned an excellent way for the renewal of the series for its fourth season.

The death of the Man in Black and his replacement by a bunch controlled by Halores left a huge gateway. We saw an amusement park that, of course, isn’t a regular one, and it is run by Robots (as I stated it isn’t a regular one). Those robots are called Hosts. These hosts are friendly with people as they have been programmed to accomplish this. But, things never move that simple.

Matters take a terrifying turn, and we all see that the humans were being commanded by the central robot that was into the real world now.

Season four of this series may explore the destiny of Dolores Abernathy.
