Said this about the trailer of ‘Scoop’

Rajan has also said in the petition that the money earned by the producers through the telecast of the trailer of the series should be deposited to be used for the public good or upliftment of society. In his petition, Chhota Rajan has said that in May 2023, he got information about the trailer of this series from his wife. The petition states that the makers of the series were not allowed to use/misuse Rajan’s name and image, use any of his voice or events without prior permission. Therefore, using anything related to his personality without prior permission is a violation of his rights.

Hearing can be held on Friday

This petition can be heard in the High Court on Friday. Please tell that in June 2011, journalist Jyotirmoy Dey was murdered. Eleven others, including Rajan and journalist Jigna Vora, were accused in the case. In May 2018, Rajan and eight others were convicted in the case. Whereas, Vora was acquitted.
