The Rising of The Shield Hero is a light book by Aneko Yusagi using its origin in Japan. Initially, the launch was just limited to a website named Shosetsuka ni Naro. It was printed as an Internet Novel on it, But later, the novel gained audiences and got viral.
The internet publication becomes a series and from that into an Anime, and that success made the creators plan for the next season.

The Rising Of The Shield Hero Season 2 Release Date
It was recently announced that Rising Of The Shield Hero is officially revived for seasons 3 and 2. Both seasons are currently in the production phase. However, there’s NO official statement regarding the release date of season 2. The next season is expected to release by the end of 2020. Nonetheless, in the wake of the chaos due to the pandemic, it may be postponed to early 2021.
