The CW has shown an action-packed trailer for its new episodes which visits Barry’s desperate efforts to conserve the love of his life from her anguish in the mirror verse.
Later this season, longtime followers of the Arrowverse can look forward to the return of John Diggle (David Ramsey), that was last seen finding a mysterious glowing object that fans have supposed could be a Green Lantern ring.

The Flash has already been renewed for Season 8
The CW announced on Wednesday, Feb. 3 that The Flash and 11 other strings are renewed for the 2021-22 TV season.
Who is in the cast of The Flash season 7?
For Your Flash season 7, Gustin, Cavanagh, Valdes, Panabaker, Martin, and Patton are all returning. Danielle Nicolet, who plays Cecile Horton and was upped to a series regular in season 5, will be coming back, together with new string regulars Kayla Compton and Brandon McKnight, who play Allegra Garcia and Chester P. Runk, respectively. Victoria Park will likely return as Kamilla Hwang, and John Wesley Shipp will also reportedly return as Jay Garrick, as Shipp informed Den of Geek that the character lived the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event and that The Flash showrunner “Eric Wallace has stated that he does want to talk to me about some ideas about Jay Garrick going forward.”
For season 7, cast member Hartley Sawyer, who played Ralph Dibney, will not be returning after offensive tweets came to light. that Ralph is going to be recast to allow the show to finish up his narrative with all the team and love interest Sue Dearborn (Natalie Dreyfuss), but that”the character will not be a big part of season 7.” Luckily, Ralph’s powers as Elongated Man allow him to alter his appearance at will, giving the series a simple way to transition to some other actor.
The Flash season 7 plot: What will happen?
Right now, it is difficult to specify what is going to happen in The Flash season seven, but, likely, the show may soon come to an end. If so, this will undoubtedly impact the story moving forward.
Speaking to Grant Gustin in San Diego Comic-Con 2019, asked if The Fastest Man Alive will stop running one day shortly. By Gustin, it is a possibility:
“I mean, we are all contracted right now [for] seven seasons — this is the sixth, so it’s definitely in the back of my head that following year, even, might be potentially the previous season. Who knows?
“We have all been saying that here now, trying to take in Comic-Con while we’re here, for the first time. It may be overwhelming — particularly for me, personally, I get a little anxious about it.
“But I am carrying that tiny bit more time to take it in because our series could also end in the not too distant future.”
Still, we do know what Danielle Panabaker’s Killer Frost will get up to in season seven — and it can surprise you.
“I’m excited because it sounds like Killer Frost is going to go on a date shortly, and I’m quite excited to find that,” she revealed at DC’s FanDome occasion, much to the surprise of Grant Gustin.
She added: “Do you think she has the very best table manners? Probably not.
“It was really fun to research Killer Frost as a true character and a person and a human being with feelings and emotions,” she continued. “Not only necessarily this man or woman who pops up for a fight and then fades, and we do not know her perspective on things.
“Therefore it was really enjoyable to get to dig in and flesh that out and have a little bit of fun using it.”
