Sunil truly believes that if you spend 1% of your earnings on self-learning, your earnings can grow multi fold.

Majority of Corporate managers/Leaders don’t become EXECUTIVES despite all the credentials. They end up only as Tactical Management leaders.

There are generally three main causes which hold PEOPLE back from reaching their true growth potential:

1) Lack of formal structure & process to focus on growth.

2) The absence of a vision and purpose in identifying and developing growth opportunities.

3) Undying love of comfort with status quo and stagnation.

It’s not what you do that matters, but who you become in the process of achieving your maximum potential.

How does one know whether they need to grow or not?

Ask yourself if you are getting the status, respect, and growth that you deserve?

At the height of his career, Sunil found himself craving for clarity, purpose or meaning and an exciting new, worthy goal that could instil a new passion and create a possibility of fulfilment for his life. That is what brought him to career coaching.

He decided to contribute towards doing something that will make a difference to thousands of lives positively.

Sunil advice students and working professionals is to remember that no matter what stage you are in life, you always have infinite possibilities ahead of you. It certainly helps to get a professional expert who can support you, get utmost clarity, define your goals and set you on your path to success.

What is your biggest challenge when it comes to having a successful career?

Have you ever wondered as to why some of us are working under incompetent bosses?

Are we not capable or intelligent enough to climb up the ladder?

Why do we have these limitations as employees and Individuals?

When it comes to career planning, people begin to compare themselves to others forgetting to acknowledge or comprehend their own abilities and potential.

We try to imitate someone else’s success formula to achieve success thus leading to disappointment.

Self limiting beliefs and low self esteem over a period of time leads us to stop believing in ourselves hence we end up either being unemployed or underemployed.

Let’s talk about solutions.

Sunil would like to share with you the 3 most important steps to achieve your career goals most effectively.

  1. Know yourself first.

What is it you want to accomplish? What are you good at? What outcome are you looking at? These are the most important questions you need to ask yourself to determine your purpose.

  1. Create a Plan – Now that you have determined who you are its time to make a plan to design your life.

Create a vison board and create both short term and long-term goals based on your knowledge, skills and abilities. If you are unsure at this point of your long-term goals, then review it after a while as and when your life and career take its course.

  1. Be your own Boss – When you begin this journey, do not rely on anyone but yourself. Stay committed and focused, consistency is the key as it provides stability and growth in acquiring your goals and success.

I love to work with the go getters, fighters and the ones who never compromise on their dreams and goals.
