Stranger Things season 4 is coming to Netflix soon ! Fans of the series are therefore starting to wonder about some of the new characters, like Joseph Quinn who plays Eddie Munson .
At the end of 2020, the streaming platform announced several new members for season 4 of Stranger Things . Among them is Joseph Quinn who plays the role of Eddie Munson. And that’s nothing to say that fans are wondering a lot about this one.
According to a TV Line report, Eddie Munson will be the head of Hawkins High School Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), The Hellfire Club.
“ A daring ’80s metalhead who runs the Hellfire Club, Hawkins High’s official D&D club. Hated by those who don’t understand it – and loved by those who understand it – Eddie will find himself at the terrifying epicenter of this season’s mystery. STRANGER THINGS SEASON 4: SOME OTHER ELEMENTS
It looks like Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo) is part of the Hellfire Club as well. So, that means we’ll see Eddie, Dustin as well as Mike and Lucas interact in the new season.
Either way, we know D&D is a major part of Stranger Things. Indeed, the new season seems to rely on D&D elements even more than ever .
So far, the only two revealed clips from Season 4 show Hopper in Russia and the dice rolling on an epic D&D board .
Incidentally, when Hopper was announced alive , the Duffer Brothers claimed this, via IndieWire: “ Meanwhile, back in America, a new horror begins to surface, something long buried, something that connects all “.
So it would seem that Eddie Munson will be an important figure in discovering all that is “long buried”. Mystery and gumdrop…
Let’s not forget that the Duffer Brothers and their team have, as it were, more than one trick up their sleeve. It seems obvious that they aren’t going to reveal the whole mystery in a statement and character description. Let’s keep some suspense
We will therefore have to wait a little longer to find out more about this new character from Stranger Things . As a reminder, season 3 took place more than eight months after the end of filming. Based on this code, we will have to wait until the end of 2021 to discover season 4
