The comedy series Space Force was renewed for Season 2 on Netflix. The Steve Carell-led humor series surfaced on the streaming stage back in May.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, production next season is scheduled to start in Vancouver next year.
Carell co-created the show together with “The Office” creator Greg Daniels, with both serving as executive producers.
Space Force is motivated by President Trump’s proposition for the sixth division of the army and centers around the decorated pilot and also four-star overall Mark R. Naird (Carell), who’s dreamed of conducting the Air Force, but rather finds himself tasked with directing the newly formed Space Force.
The show also includes Lisa Kudrow, John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Jimmy O. Yang, Noah Emmerich, Fred Willard, Tawny Newsome, Diana Silvers, Alex Sparrow, along Don Lake.
