In May 2020, Netflix released the highly expected comedy series Space Force, Made by The Office’s Greg Daniels and Steve Carell, and inspired by President Trump’s Space Force initiative. The show follows the chaos that ensues when General Mark R. Naird (Steve) uproots his life and moves to Colorado to run the U.S. Armed Forces’ newest division.
Despite getting varying testimonials from TV critics, the flowing giant gave the series the green light for a second season. To drive down the show’s budget, the series will move its filming place in Los Angeles to Vancouver, per The Hollywood Reporter. It’s one of the many changes that are in store when season 2 of Space Force hit Netflix sometime next year.
Season 1 landed in the end of May 2020, however with You Know What hanging around both TV and movie productions, it is tricky to predict when we will have the ability to see another batch of episodes.
All we know at this moment in time is production will kick off this year, but that doesn’t necessarily imply season two will broadcast in 2021.
Trailers generally land in the month leading up to the premiere, so after we understand that, we will get a better idea.
