Snowpiercer season 2 is in full swing with Mr. Wilford’s attempts to take leverage away from Melanie Cavill beginning to crumble.
However, a recent quotation from celebrity Jennifer Connelly may mean that her character is going to probably be rescued by none other than her daughter Alex. This is the thought.
Alex (played by Rowan Blanchard) and Melanie Cavill (Jennifer Connelly) had an extremely awkward reunion if the latter realized that her daughter was still living at the beginning of Snowpiercer season 2 on TNT and Netflix UK.
After supposing that her child had died when she was younger, Melanie could not conceal her feelings to understand that Mr. Wilford (Sean Bean) had had Alex beneath his wing all these years.

Now a hardened and independent teenager, Alex is always squarely on Mr. Wilford’s side-although there have been a few hints that she is catching up with her mum. After all, at the initial episodes of season two, Alex opened to Melanie about the way her grandparents refused to board Snowpiercer when the temperature of this planet started to fall.
More About Snowpiercer Season 2
With Melanie still on board, the bunch was split, only for Alex to end up with Mr. Wilford on Big Alice. And Alex is not so comfortable with Mr. Wilford’s efforts to treat Snowpiercer and Big Alice, that will possibly lead to the death of Melanie, considering his ideas onto betraying him.
So will Mr. Wilford end up shooting Melanie and Andre (Daveed Diggs) down Snowpiercer, or may Alex throw a spanner in the work?
Well, a new interview with Melanie celebrity Connelly indicates that Alex will come to the fore and follow her mother’s footsteps. The whole population of Enormous Alice is loyal to Mr. Wilford for obvious reasons, but so are a good amount of individuals on board Snowpiercer.
Having been praised as the patriarch and saviour for so many decades, even though Melanie called the shots, Wilford still has a lot of followers on the rail. But will Alex and Melanie be able to win over the survivors and defeat the wicked Wilford?
