Following production delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic, it seems there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel for lovers of Netflix’s Sex Education, since the flowing hit’s hotly-anticipated third season is around the horizon. However, when is Sex Education season 3 outside, you ask? Here’s what we know so far.
Sex Education season 3 Release Date
it’s expected that Sex Education (Season 3 ) will be going to release this summer. The filming of the series premiered but like the other series, it also had postponed due to the coronavirus. But due to the shooter from the longer times of the British Summer, Netflix has taken some important choices. Thus, it’s simple and understandable if fans anticipated the third season in January 2021. But due to the global pandemic filming wasn’t in the long run. Besides, Netflix announced the start of the filming in early September, so it’s fantastic to believe that the third installment is going to be later compared to the first two.
Sex Education 3 Cast
When the reports are to be believed, fundamental characters from previous seasons such as Asa Butterfield (Otis) and Emma Mackey (Maeve) to Gillian Anderson (Jean) and Ncuti Gatwa (Eric), are expected to appear at Sex Education 3. Meanwhile, reports have it that the makers are attempting to get on board some other season regulars on board for the third season.
Media reports are predicting that Sex Education 3 will release in January 2021; although the makers nor Netflix has confirmed the news.

Sex Education Season 3 Plot
Meanwhile, Adam defeats his insecurities to openly announce his feelings for Eric, so we’ll undoubtedly get to determine how their relationship develops in season 3. Meanwhile, Otis strives to do the same thing, leaving Maeve a voicemail apologizing for his behavior and telling her that he loves her. But, Maeve’s friend Isaac (George Robinson) deletes the message and sends Otis away when he comes to see her — will Maeve ever learn how he feels?
Elsewhere in the season 2 finale, Maeve finds out that her mother (Anne-Marie Duff) is using drugs again and calls social services on her behalf. The police take away her small sister, leaving Maeve on her own again, which can be sure to have psychological repercussions that can be explored in season 3.
