Career
Rohan Shrestha did his schooling from Learners’ Academy, Mumbai. He graduated in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and also earned a Degree Course in Filmmaking from New York Film Academy, New York, USA. Shrestha made his photography debut in the year 2009. Although he aspired to become a pilot or a scuba diver, destiny had other plans for Shrestha. Being raised in a family with a strong photography background, he was always passionate about photography, and after completing his schooling, he started working under his father and various other photographers.

His father, Rakesh Shrestha, is an established and a well-known celebrity photographer, and has shot for more than 600 films. He initiated his photography career as a Freelance Photographer in 2009 by opening a studio in Aaram Nagar in Versova, Mumbai, and has worked for magazine giants like- Vogue, GQ, L’Officiel, Harpers Bazaar, Verve, Cosmopolitan, Filmfare, FHM, Mans World, Femina, People, Hello!, etc. In 2010, he had his first major photo shoot, for the actor Ranbir Kapoor. Besides being a top-notch celebrity photographer, Rohan is also a certified ‘Scuba Diver.’
