People were really excited for the series to be released. People all around the planet really enjoy the series. Season 1 of the series premiered in October 2017.
In July, the show’s cinematographer gave an update on the status of a third installment, but it is not looking good.

Will There Be Mindhunter Season 3?
Earlier this season, a media report claims that Netflix had not confirmed to resume its agreement with the cast. Mindhunter starring celebrities Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, and Anna Torv aren’t put off with their contract, in order which they can leave the series. For huge fans of the show, this was like the nail suspense from Netflix, but this way gave its director, David Finch a chance to decide to do work on its forthcoming titles.

Mindhunter Season 3 Expected Release date
The fans have been patiently awaiting season 3 of the series to be renewed by Netflix. But, there is sad news for those fans of the show. The show has been put on indefinite hold by Netflix. “It hasn’t yet been canceled but there is quite an uncertainty whether the show will be renewed soon or not,” Netflix told TV Line about this on January 15, 2020, when asked regarding the future of’Mindhunter’. But we still have to wait for the official revelation of dates.
Has Mindhunter Been Renewed For Season 3?
Mindhunter has not yet been renewed for the third season only yet and the series was put on hold whilst director David Fincher works on other endeavors. Previously, it was reported that Fincher had five-seasons mapped out to Mindhunter.
