Ingredients for making Fenugreek-Bajra Paratha-
-1 1/2 cups millet flour
-1/2 cup flour (wheat flour)

-1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
-2 chopped green chilies
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/4 tsp black pepper powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric
-2 tsp ginger chopped
– a handful chopped coriander
-1 tbsp Sesame
– salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
-2 tbsp mango pickle paste/spice
– a big pinch of black salt
-2 tbsp ghee
-2 cups fenugreek chopped (fresh)
– water as needed
Ghee/oil for cooking
-cloves of garlic-
– Atta (wheat flour)
-Tomato Onion Chutney
1 garlic clove
– 4 tomatoes roughly chopped
Green chili 1
-thickly sliced 1/4 onion
– chopped coriander
-4 tbsp juice of a handful of lemons
– Black salt as per taste
– salt to taste
– a dash mustard oil
Recipe to make Fenugreek-Bajra Paratha-
To make them, first of all, take millet and wheat flour in a vessel.
Then you put all the things in this flour and mix it well.
After this, with the help of lukewarm water, knead the dough and keep it for about 10 minutes.
Then you make balls of this dough and roll it round.
After this you heat a pan or tawa.
Then you put the paratha made on it and cook it on high flame from both the sides.
Along with this, to make tomato chutney, put all the things together and grind it well.
Now your Tasty and Healthy Fenugreek-Bajra Paratha and Chutney is ready.
