Long before the spotlight, Medlyn was building resilience in the corporate world. With over 11 years of experience in international finance and services, she worked with global giants such as Dell International Services, Barclays, and American Express. These roles were not just career milestones—they were survival stories.
She self-funded her education, balancing demanding work schedules with academic commitments, learning independence the hard way. The corporate world sharpened her discipline, communication, and emotional intelligence—skills that would later define her presence on the national stage.
