Recipe to make Chinese flavored dish from leftover rotis-

To make this, first of all, take the remaining rotis and cut them long and thin.

Then add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry it.

After this, add long chopped onion and fry it well.

Then you put all the chopped vegetables in it.
