After performing his debut in PAL PAL DIL K PAAS (2019), Karan Deol is working on making his come back in Bollywood Industry with the sequel of APNE, APNE-2 along with the actors starring Father Sunny Deol, Grandfather Dharmendra, and Uncle Bobby Deol, where he will be seen in the role of a boxer. APNE movie was released in 2007 and was a big hit on the big screen.
PAL PAL DIL K PAAS was released in 2019 when Karan Deol made his first appearance as a debut in Bollywood Industry but unfortunately, his movie tanked. During the lockdown due to the pandemic, junior Deol got enough time to work on his acting skills and confidence since he loves acting. He says, “…I watched the old acting videos I did in film school. I saw how happy I was. I started acting because I love it, so I can’t let anything put me down. It reinstilled confidence in me. Somehow through lockdown, I recharged myself. I got into a positive headspace to go another round,” He further says about his film that he couldn’t take any step because of the breakout of the pandemic and the restrictions made due to the same.
Actor Karan Deol after giving a major flop in 2019, did not give up and is also preparing for making a stronger come back and also assures, “I would never give up. I’ve learned from all my family members to never do that. I’d get back harder at it, and do what I love in life,”.He is now making his decisions on his own just like Sunny Deol, as he has told his son to learn from his mistakes and should take his decisions on his own. Seems like accepting the defeat is not at all in the blood of the Deol family.
APNE-2 movie director Anil Sharma disclosed, “The preparation for Apne 2 is in full swing, but because of the pandemic, we are not able to fix a date,”, “We hope to begin the London schedule by September, once the lockdowns are eased.”He further added that initially the plan of shooting the film was made to begin around April but could not succeed. Anil Sharma is the one who directed the prequel APNE in 2007.

Karen Deol also revealed that he will also be working in a crime comedy which will be produced by Ajay Devgn and the movie will be named VELLE where Karan Deol will be acting opposite his uncle Abhay Deol. VELLE movie is the remake of a crime comedy of Telugu, titled BROCHEVAREVARURA He says he is so excited about shooting for something varied and fun. In his recent post on Instagram, he updated his picture and gave the caption, “New Looks, New Beginnings”. He gives credit to Farhan Akhtar, after his acting in TOOFAN, a sports drama, for the motivation and the confidence boost up in acting.
APNE-2 will be streaming in cinemas during Diwali in 2021.
