This AI-powered platform, dubbed ‘Incubators,’ would assist business founders in locating and shortlisting incubators and accelerators across India. “It provides a comprehensive list of incubators in the country to which startup founders can reach out for incubation assistance.” It also gives information on many characteristics, which assists company founders in identifying incubators that meet their needs,” said Thillai Rajan, lead investigator of CREST and professor of management studies at IIT-Madras.

The platform will become India’s ecosystem

The platform was created utilizing cutting-edge technology to instantly analyze the incubator and accelerator ecosystem in India. The system includes straightforward filters on several incubator parameters to rapidly discover a set of incubators that meet various criteria for shortlisting. Additionally, users have the ability to bookmark a shortlisted incubator for deeper evaluation at a later point.

“A strong incubator ecosystem is critical to the growth of the Indian startup ecosystem.” According to research, there is a direct association between company formation and the number of incubators. Recognizing this, different governments have concentrated on improving the incubation process.
