Homelander actor, Anthony Starr, celebrates the return of Amazon’s The Boys Using a Photograph from the Collection of season 3. One of the most popular television show to come out of Amazon, The Boys is a violent superhero show that acts as a criticism of the superhero genre. The series is so popular, in reality, that fans responded with outrage when Amazon switched to a weekly launch format to get The Boys, rather than releasing all of the episodes at once.
Certainly, fans of The Boys are worried for more in season 3, but when the COVID-19 pandemic struck the United States last year, the panic was that The Boys would need to delay manufacturing like so many other strings. Despite this, The Boys team was able to satisfy its goal of beginning production on Season 3 in ancient 2021. The cast and crew are discussing just a couple of behind-the-scenes pictures as filming proceeds. Just a day before this post, fans must see the first look at Karl Urban’s Billy Butcher this year by means of a photo posted to the celebrity’s Instagram.
Earlier today, celebrity Starr combined with the hype and published a picture from The Boys set, commenting on just how early the team needed to wake up to film. Starr, who plays with the superhero personality, Homelander, shared a picture of the boots from the Homelander costume but didn’t show anything apart from the set. At the minimum, the celebrity sounds excited to be working on the show again:

While The Boys season 3 may be in production, there is no release date for its newest episodes yet. Viewers have figured that season 3 could premiere late this season, but it wouldn’t be uncommon for production to take longer this season. In addition to essential COVID-19 protections that may slow down production, The Boys is just a challenging series to produce. Actor Karl Urban has talked about the difficulty of coping with the huge amount of prosthetics on the show, and the way every actor has to deliver their A-game to make each scene happen.
Hopefully, The Boys season 3 will be here sooner rather than later. Fans are already theorizing about season 3’s”Herogasm” arc and the way new characters from the comics might be introduced. Whether these new personalities look or not, at least it seems that Starr’s Homelander will soon be back on The Boys being as abominable as ever.
