Biography
He was born in Eddapal Kerala. His full name is Devdutt Babuno Padikkal and born in 7 July 2000. Devdutt family moved to Bangalore where he was brought up. Both his parents were cricket enthusiastic .And were very happy to see their son play at the age of 11. He has trained at the Karnataka Institute of Cricket since childhood. The way he plays everyone can say that cricket flows throw his veins. During his U14 and U16 career, he rarely had a bad outing. Career
This young cricketer worked really hard and dedicated all his time in practicing and playing cricket. Devdutt played cricket at Vinoo Mankand Trophy and the Cooch Behar Trophy . Later in 2017 he was picked up by Karnataka Premier League. On August 2018 he played his first ODI match against Sri Lanka in a under 19s . He played 3 matches where he scored for India 122 runs. Also he was part of winning team of 2019 Asia cup where he scored 31 runs alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal .
Devdutt finally made his debut in the Ranchi Trophy with Karnataka where played against Maharashtra . And he scored 77 runs in the match. Later he made debut against Jharkhand by playing In Vijay Hazzare Trophy. Padikkal scored half century with a score of 58 runs. On July 28 2021 he made his first International debut where he scored 29 runs against Sri Lanka .
