The Gurgaon police reported him for being accused of assaulting another YouTuber, Sagar Thakur. Because of a rivalry on the internet. The incident occurred at Southpoint Mall on Golf Course Road, where Yadav reportedly called Thakur for a discussion but instead started beating him up upon his arrival.

In his declaration to law enforcement in Gurugram, Thakur said that Yadav and his supporters had attacked him. It was during an altercation that sprang from their internet-based rivalry. He also shared a video of the incident on social media, which further fueled the controversy.

The case has been registered against Yadav under sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC at Gurugram’s Sector-53 Police Station.

In his complaint, Thakur described himself as a well-known content creator specializing in gaming entertainment. Actively producing content on YouTube since 2017. He highlighted the seriousness of the assault and the threat to his life, calling for immediate legal action against Yadav.

The incident has raised concerns about the growing trend of social media rivalries escalating into real-life conflicts. It also underscores the need for online content creators to handle disagreements and conflicts responsibly, without resorting to violence or intimidation.
