Creative producer of ‘Baikunth’ Atul Kumar gears up for his next movie release in 2022

Ace writer and producer, Atul Kumar who worked on a recently released film Baikunth is now working with N.K.Productions, owned by Producer Shreyansh Kanodia. The film is an ode to Indian Defence Services and the Indian Army and is set to hit the silver screen in 2022. Atul has previously worked with Roshan Abbas’s team, and he left for the film industry because he wanted to work in this. As an associate director, he worked on three shows produced by Big Magic back-to-back before joining comedy classes and Raaj Shandilyaa, where he developed his writing career.

Speaking about his journey as a filmmaker and this new film, Atul Kumar said, “I am lucky that I got a chance to work on such an amazing film. For the past few years, I have worked on various films, but after working on many independent stories I felt that every film has value to put out. But this one is something different from all the other films as through this one I got an opportunity to do something that I always wanted to. I am currently writing a film based on the Indian Army. I will do my best to make this film memorable and loved by everyone.”

During the two years he assisted Raaj Sir, Atul bagged the opportunity to work on shows and films such as Bhoomi, Freaky Ali, Comedy Classes, Comedy Circus, and Mazak Mazaak Mein. As a creative producer, he combined efforts with other production firms to serve as a producer on ad films for Teleport Asia and for a feature film, which became a trending topic on MX and Amazon Prime overseas for more than a month. As a writer and producer, he is currently involved in several projects.

Talking about how he started his journey, Atul Kumar said, “I got a chance to collaborate with Roshan Abbas when he came to me and asked me to join his team in Mumbai. When I changed my career from a graphic designer to a writer. I had been fascinated by filmmaking but didn’t know where to start, so when he asked me to join his team, I jumped at the chance.”

As an associate director, he has recently closed three projects by Big Magic back-to-back before joining comedy classes and Raaj Shandilyaa. Atul strongly believes that one just needs to be patient and passionate enough for your goal. Don’t let anyone and anything tell you that you can’t do it. Atul has worked very hard to achieve his position and because of that, today he has reached a different peak of success in his life.
