Amitabh Bachchan
Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood’s Shehenshah, was injured on the set of his film Coolie in 1982, resulting in a splenic rupture. The incident put the actor into a coma, and after surgery, he was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a dysfunctional muscle disorder. He had tuberculosis in 2000.
