Animal Planet is heading back to the Outback. The network has just revealed that they have commissioned Crikey’s third season! It’s the Irwins and the special quarantine. The documentary series follows Bindi, Robert, and Terri Irwin as they work at the Australian Zoo for animal conservation. Later this year, season three is set to premiere. Crikey! It’s the Irwins is an American-Australian reality television documentary series that first premiered on Animal Planet on October 28, 2018. On January 24, 2019, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, host Robert Irwin announced that the second season has been renewed.
The second season of the docuseries was released in October 2019, filmed in different locations of Beerwah, Queensland, Australia. The premise revolves around the Irwin family, who at the Australia Zoo tend to animals. Founded as an ode to Steve Irwin, the famous crocodile hunter, the show has managed to hit the hearts of viewers worldwide. And ending season 2, viewers want to know if there’s going to be a Crikey! Crikey! It’s Irwins Season 2, which premiered on Animal Planet on October 8, 2019. After airing for 12 seasons, on December 14, 2019, it ended.We don’t have an update yet on another extension. But given the overwhelming reaction the show got from viewers, we wouldn’t be shocked if it were to be re-commissioned again. And if things go as expected, Crikey! It’s most likely that Season 3 will debut sometime in October 2020.
