“Virgin River”: Who Is Who And Where Have You Seen The Cast Of “A Place To Dream” Before

Fans of “Virgin River” (“A place to dream” in Latin America) are looking forward to the third season of the Netflix series, based on the novels of the same name by Robyn Carr. Thanks to the success of the first two installments, the show became one of the audience favorites following the complicated love story between Mel and Jack, played by Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson, respectively.

“Virgin River” premiered on Netflix in December 2019 and viewers fell in love with the residents of the fictional city located in Northern California. The series follows nurse Mel Monroe as she moves to Virgin River following the death of her husband. Alexandra Breckenridge as Mel Monroe

Alexandra Breckenridge plays Nurse Mel, who moves to the Virgin River in search of a new beginning after the death of her husband. The actress is known for playing Sophie on the television series “This Is Us.” He has participated in a large number of films and series such as Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared, Dawson’s Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, CSI, JAG, Psych, Life Unexpected, True Blood, Franklin & Bash, Medium and Law & Order: SVU.

He also did voice work for American Dad and starred in the television movie Romy and Michele: In the Beginning. Additionally, Breckenridge’s film credits include Orange County, DEBS, Zipper, Broken Vows, and Love in Store.

Martin Henderson as Jack Sheridan

New Zealander Henderson stars as Jack Sheridan, a Marine turned bar owner, who battles PTSD while trying to win Mel’s heart. The actor is known for 2002’s Grey’s Anatomy and The Ring. He also appeared on the ABC drama series Off the Map and is remembered for the soap opera Shortland Street. Additionally, Henderson was on Sweat, The Red Road, Secrets & Lies, Big Sky, Home & Away, House and Rake, The Gloaming.

Outside of television, Martin Henderson starred in Little Fish, Smokin ‘Aces, Devil’s Knot, Everest, Miracles from Heaven, The Strangers: Prey at Night, Bride and Prejudice and The Moment, Torque, Windtalkers, Kick, Perfect Opposites, Juveniles and Skagerrak. . He also appeared in the music video for Britney Spears’ “Toxic.”

Annette O’Toole as Hope McCrae

Annette O’Toole plays nosy Mayor Hope. The actress starred in big and small screen hits such as Superman III, Smallville, Cross My Heart, Nash Bridges, 48 Hrs., Temptation and the 1990 miniseries IT, where she played Adult Beverly. Lauren Hammersley as Charmaine Roberts

Hammersley plays Charmaine Roberts, Jack’s friend with whom he has an open relationship and ends up pregnant. The actress has previously appeared in CDC sitcom Orphan Black, Mr. D. In addition to John Doe, Single White Spenny and Saving Hope. His film credits include Bloody Mary and Stag, as well as the Harland Williams comedy special Child Wild.

Benjamin Hollingsworth as Dan Brady
