The second half of Vikings season 6 is on History and Amazon Prime Video, so the last season was full of surprises. Fans were waiting to find out the fate of fan-favourite personality Floki (played with Gustaf Skarsgard) and so were relieved to learn that he was still alive.
In Vikings, how did Floki and another meet?
Checking to find out if Floki was still alive was one of the most eagerly awaited minutes of Vikings’ final season. Along with Kjetill Flatnose, a friend of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) travelled to Iceland to establish a replacement settlement (Adam Copeland).
Things didn’t go as planned since Flatnose did not comprehend Floki’s ideas as real, and they ended up dividing. Floki, heartbroken, fled the village and entered a cave, where he detected an oversized crucifix. The cave then caved in on him, leaving audiences to doubt if he was dead or alive.

Vikings Season 6 Update:
On his search for the Golden Land, Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) attempted to monitor Floki. In addition to Kjetill Flatnose, a buddy of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) travelled to Iceland to establish a replacement settlement (Adam Copeland). Things did not go as intended since Flatnose didn’t comprehend Floki’s suggestions as real, and they ended up breaking up. Floki, heartbroken, fled the village and entered a cave, where he discovered an oversize crucifix. The cave then caved in on him, leaving audiences to doubt if he was dead or alive.
He encountered the enigmatic wanderer Others, who disclosed that he had seen Floki before he vanished. Since he was in possession of Floki’s stones, Ubbe became cautious of Other and accused him of having anything to do with his death. Another was under the assumption that Floki was gone, and he didn’t state anything about how both had met. At the close of the season, when Floki was reunited with Ubbe, he remembered gave him a worried glance.
Others have questioned whether the idea is realistic, with ReeferRivas commenting, “Wow. I’d been curious for MONTHS how the cross ended up from the tunnel. This is rational. “I’ve looked at a lot of websites trying to figure out what the cross meant. That is rational. I like the theory that Other and Floki were in precisely the same location once the cave-in happened, which explains why the cross was there and why they appeared to know each other well.” One thing they asked was whether Floki and Other had left Iceland together, as he had told Ubbe that he believed Kjetill had murdered the ship-builder.
