After Avengers: Endgame (2019) we thought we would stop seeing Thanos in the Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe but he will return soon.
Attention SPOILERS. The legendary Jim Starlin, creator of Thanos has confirmed where we will see this great character who has impacted so much in the Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe. While it is true that he died 2 times in Avengers: Endgame, the first when Thor cut off his head and the second when Tony Stark / Iron Man used the Infinity Stones, he will have an appearance in the movie The Eternals.
Since this new team film will have scenes set thousands of years ago and that is why a young Thanos will be able to interact with one of the Eternals.
During a recent interview, Jim Starlin revealed that Marvel Studios told him that Thanos would make a “special appearance” in the next movie. Although he tried to back off his comments to some degree, possibly realizing that he had made a super SPOILER.
It must be remembered that Thanos has the Deviant gene, but is also an Eternal, being the son of A’lars and Sui-San, so a flashback of his early life on Titan would not seem something so strange. Since at no time is it speculated that it will come out again today, at least in a long time.
The Eternals will tell the story of some super powerful beings who came to Earth and were identified as gods by ancient civilizations. They had a brutal fight against their great rivals the Deviants. Now at present they are plunged into a deep sleep but after the return of their enemies and the use of the Infinity Stones in the fight against Thanos it seems that they will wake up. The Eternals movie will be released on November 5, 2021. Would you like to see Thanos in it again?
