AMC declared Sunday night through a brief commercial which is closing the 11th season of “The Walking Dead” will premiere this summer.
The summertime season is a surprise because “TWD” generally debuts new seasons in October. The show’s program was altered up last year on account of the pandemic.
Because of this, AMC arranged a bonus of six episodes of this show’s season 10, which surfaced on the community Sunday night. Back in September, AMC declared “TWD” will finish in 2022 using an enlarged 24-episode closing season.
While no particular premiere date has been announced for year 11, when we do a little detective work, we understand “Stress TWD” yields with nine new episodes on April 11, 2021.
If “Stress” runs for 2 weeks straight and leads into a brand new season of “TWD,” we can see the series return to TV as early as June 13, 2021. Presently, “Stress TWD,” TWD,” and “TWD: World Beyond” are filming new episodes concurrently.
For the time being, “TWD” has five new episodes airing Sunday nights on AMC at 9 p.m.
