Finally, a report detailing a new model of PS 5, highly sought-after PlayStation Slim has arrived along with its expected PlayStation 5 Slim Release Date
We all know the PlayStation 5’s design is unique, and slimming it down in comparison to the PlayStation 4 appears difficult, but many people want it, so the company may intend to do so.
Although Sony has not officially confirmed it, we may see a lighter and slimmer PS 5 next year. Furthermore, it will inherit some label changes.
This information comes from theLeak, and this report is supported and validated by the reliable website Wccftech.
According to both reports, Sony is developing the PS 5 Slim, as we saw with the PS 4. But this new slimmer model of the PS 5 Version will have a different name.
The report also stated that the new model of PS 5 is expected to be released in the third quarter of 2023. There is currently no information about the design of this upcoming model. But the report suggests it will retain the white and blue gradient lightning on the boundary.
However, the company found it easy to create a slimmer version of the PS4 due to its simple design. But because the PS5 has a rounded and complex design, the company will find it difficult to make the PS5 lighter while maintaining the same CPU, RAM, and SSD.
We’ve already seen a YouTuber rebuilds a slimmer PlayStation 5. But as he mentioned, he had to remove many parts by making them work externally.
Also, it could be priced around the same as the PS5’s launch price, but we don’t know for sure because Sony is raising the price, so it could be more expensive.
