As per the latest reports, the makers of the film are demanding a hefty amount for its OTT release, and considering the market, it is difficult for an OTT platform to raise such amount. This is the reason why this deal has not been finalized yet.

As per reports, ‘Vipul Shah has demanded Rs 70-100 crore. In such a situation, the statement of Sudipto is not completely correct. Apart from Adah Sharma, ‘The Kerala Story’ stars Siddhi Idnani, Sonia Balani, and Yogita Bihani in the lead roles. The story of the movie revolves around the conversion of Kerala girls and their forced induction into the terrorist organization. The film was made on a $40 million budget. At the same time, it proved to be a big hit at the box office earning Rs 242 crores.
