Thalapathy Vijay has been the subject of a police complaint for the song “Na Ready” from his upcoming movie “Leo. The videotape of the song is yet to be released but a music videotape was released many days back. A Chennai- grounded activist filed a complaint against the actor for allegedly glorifying medicine and alcohol use. A ban has also been demanded on the film. Complaint lodged against Vijay Leo starring Vijay, Trisha Krishnan, and Sanjay Dutt is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The song “Na Ready” is sung by Vijay and Anirudh, who also wrote the composition.
On Sunday, Chennai- grounded RTI Selvam filed an online complaint against the film with the Chennai Police Commissioner, sought action against Vijay under the Narcotic Medicines and Psychotropic Substances Act, and reported India Today. The complaint states that Vijay is glorifying medicine abuse through the song.
