Swathi’s Life and Career Trajectory

Swathi Deekshith is an Indian Model and Actress. Predominantly, she has worked in South Indian Films. She was born on 20th March 1992 in Hyderabad, Telangana ( Present age: 29 years). Her father’s name is Vinod Kumar and mother’s name is Rajyalakshmi Deekshith. In her family, she has one brother Preetham and one sister Bhavna Deekshith. Swathi completed her school education from St. Andrews High School in Hyderabad. Later, she enrolled herself for graduation in Chennai University.

In 2009, Swathi began her career in the entertainment industry. Her debut TV serial was Andamaina Bhamalu. She won the title. Subsequently, she bagged two films and many advertisements as a child actress. Swathi was a major part of the Telugu drama film Break Up. She worked in Bengali film Tor Naam in 2012. However, Swathi got her major breakthrough in the year 2014. She got a chance to work in Ram Gopal Varma’s Telugu horror film named “Deyyam”. Even though the shooting was completed in time, the film was not released. Deyyam was released in 2021. Previously, it was named Patta Pagalau. In the same year(2014), Swathi went on to work on two other Telugu films. One was Jump Jilani, in which she played the role of a village girl named Ganga. The other was Ladies & Gentlemen where she played the role of Deepa. In year 2017, Swathi’s schedule was fully packed as she was a part of 3 movies and also debut in the Tamil Film Industry. Her first movie of 2017 was the horror film Chitraganda. Her debut Tamil film was Sathura Adi 3500. It was a low-budget horror film. Swathi’s third film was Simba in which she played the role of Diana. The film was released in 2019.

In 2020, she gained popularity when she appeared as a contestant in Telugu reality show, Bigg Boss 4.

Physical Attributes

Apart from the movie industry, Swathi loves to read books and being with pets. She posts a lot on her pet dog named Whiskey. Swathi Deekhsith is also a fitness freak and goes to the gym regularly. She was only 15 when she began her career in the entertainment industry.
