– Broccoli 250 grams chopped small
-oil 2 tbsp
Rai 2 tsp
-Curry leaves 4-5
-Whole red chilies 3-4
Asafoetida powder 1/8 tsp
– cumin 1 tsp
-Ginger 50 grams finely chopped
-Garlic 2 tsp finely chopped
Tamarind soaked in 1 cup water and strained
Salt or as per taste 2 tsp
Recipe for making spicy broccoli-
To make this, first, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, asafoetida and cumin seeds to it.
After this, add ginger and garlic and fry till it becomes light brown.
Then you add broccoli to it and fry it lightly on high flame.
