Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru is the upcoming big release that will make Diwali a crackling one. Directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad, the film will release on Amazon Prime Video on November 12. Soorarai Pottru skipped theatrical release due to uncertainty in re-opening of theatres during the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Soorarai Pottru important shot leaked
Days ahead of the film’s release, the interval shot found its way to the Internet. It is suspected that the interns team in Amazon Prime must have leaked the still. It has Suriya being pinned down to the floor with Intermission written next to him. Ahead of the interval, it looks like Suriya indulges in a nasty fight.

Soorarai Pottru promotions in full swing
As Soorarai Pottru is nearing release, the makers are taking part in promotions in full swing. The film is based on the life of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath. The trailer of the film which released recently has clocked in 21 million views and is still going strong.
Soorarai Pottru also stars Aparna Balamurali, Urvashi, Paresh Rawal and Mohan Babu in important roles. The film’s music, composed by GV Prakash, received overwhelming responses from audience and critics alike.
