Sidharth Malhotra is an Indian actor and former model who appears in Bollywood films. Sidharth was born in Delhi, Indian on 16th January, 1985 to Sunil Malhotra and Rimma Malhotra. His father was a captain in Merchant Navy whereas his Mom is a housewife. Sidharth Malhotra completed his schooling from Birla Vidya Niketan and Don Bosco School. Later he joined Shaheed Bhagat Singh College for graduation.
Malhotra began a career as a model at the age of 18. After quitting modeling, he assisted director Karan Johar in the 2010 film My Name Is Khan.
Sidharth Malhotra is an uprising actor of Bollywood film industry who rose to utmost fame with his leading role in 2012 Hindi movie, ‘Student of the Year’. With the megahit movie, ‘Student of the Year’, opposite star kids Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. Representing the role of Abhimanyu Singh in this movie. He received praise for playing lead in several successful films, including the romentic comedy Hasee Toh Phasee, the romantic thriller Ek Villain and the action drama Brothers.
