He has won a gold medal in the javelin throw in Olympics. After winning the gold medal at Tokyo Olympics, Neeraj is in demand. He has been a part of several award functions, interviews, and brand endorsements since his return to India. Since his win, Neeraj has also been called upon a few television shows as well.

Shakti asked Neeraj, “Aap mujhe propose karke dikha do ki kaise karte hai propose” (Propose me to just show me how is a proposal done). She was hinting to show Raghav. Neeraj Chopra shyly agreed. However, Raghav Juyal was in splits to see that. It is rumored that the host of Dance+ Raghav Juyal has feelings for Shakti Mohan. A fellow judge at Dance+ Salman Yusuff Khan suggested Neeraj to think about her hand as a ‘javelin’ and maintain it. However, Neeraj’s reply made everyone laugh. “Phir woh phenkne wala ho jayega” (Then I will be inclined to throw it)
While proposing, Neeraj said, “Mere life mein toh sabse zaroori javelin hai. Mujhe baaki kuch…na itna achcha khana banana aata hai, na main time de sakta” (The most important thing in my life is the javelin. Neither can I cook very well nor can I give you a lot of time). Raghav Juyal then replied, “Bhai aapne galat jagah javelin phenka hai ” (Brother, you have thrown your javelin in the wrong place).

Subsequently, Punit Pathak asked Neeraj about his ideal woman. The host Raghav jokingly asked if she should be like a javelin. To which Neeraj Chopra replied, “Nahi, nahi, nahi. Itni lambi ka kya karein, woh toh bohot lambi ho jayegi” (No, no, what would I do with such a tall woman?)
In another promo shared by Disney+ Hotstar, Neeraj Chopra is seen dancing on the song Ishq Tera Tadpave. The show also dedicated a performance to Neeraj Chopra. It said, “Ek gold hai jisse jevar bante hai, lekin iss gold se India ka tevar banta hai” (There is gold which you can turn into jewelry, and then there is your gold medal, because of which India holds its head up high).
