Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani visited the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office. Here on Saturday morning, sources said.

Dadlani arrived at the anti-drug agency’s office at Ballard Estate in south Mumbai around 10 am. Carrying an envelope in her hand, they said. While stepping out of the office over an hour later, the media persons waiting outside tried to seek her comment. But she left the place without speaking to them.

Aryan Khan (23), son of Shah Rukh Khan, was arrest by the NCB on October 3 following a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. On Thursday, an NCB team had visited the actor’s residence ‘Mannat’ in suburban Bandra seeking some documents related to the investigation of the alleged drug seizure case.

On Friday evening, the Shah Rukh Khan’s bodyguard had visited the NCB office and handed over some documents in a sealed envelope on the actor’s behalf.

Thursday saw the addition of a new high-profile name to the Mumbai cruise drugs case in which Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan was arrest on October 3. Actor Ananya Panday, 22 years of age, was summon to the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai for questioning in the case. But that’s not all that happen in the case on Thursday. Earlier in the day, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan visit his son at Arthur Road Jail for the first time since his arrest. NCB officials also visit both Aryan Khan and Ananya Panday’s homes in Mumbai in the morning.

Ananya Pandey question on NCB Office

Bollywood actor Ananya Panday, daughter of Chunky Panday, was summoned for questioning in the NCB’s probe of the Mumbai cruise drugs case. She was summoned on the basis of chats found on Aryan Khan’s phone.

Ananya Panday reached the NCB office for questioning at 4 pm and left at 6.20 pm. The NCB has seized her laptop and mobile phone.

Ananya Pandey got summoned again on Friday

The NCB is not yet done questioning Ananya Panday. She has been asking to appear at the NCB office again at 11 am on Friday. The NCB, however, has clarified that someone being called for questioning does not mean they are accused in the case. She could simply be a witness.

The court extends judicial custody of Aryan till Oct 30

Meanwhile, a special NDPS court in Mumbai extend the judicial custody of Aryan Khan and the seven others who were arrested in the case with him till October 30. The accused were not produced in court either physically or through video conference. Earlier, Aryan Khan and the others were sent to 14-day judicial custody on October 7.

SRK visits Aryan in jail

In another major update, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan met his son Aryan at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai for the first time since he got arrested on October 3. This comes after the jail authorities changed their rules on Wednesday night to permit the family members of inmates to visit in person. On account of the pandemic, only video calls were allowing earlier.

Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan met for around eighteen minutes in the presence of jail authorities. They used the intercom in the meeting section of the jail to interact.

NCB team visits Mannat

A team of NCB officials visited the Khan family’s home, Mannat, in Mumbai’s Bandra on Thursday. The team delivers a notice asking that all electronic devices belonging to Aryan Khan be submitting to the probe agency for investigation.

Additionally, Investigating Officer Vishva Vijay Singh handed over a letter regarding the list of documents required by the NCB to Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja. These include education documents, medical history, expenses during foreign tours, bank account details, money transaction apps, and card details.
