Shah Rukh Khan’s 56th Birthday: Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Lights Up for Him

On 2nd November, Tuesday, Bollywood’s King Khan turned 56! (Yes! we know it’s a lot to take in as he ages backward). His fans around the globe poured in their heartfelt wishes on his birthday. Yesterday, social media was flooded with SRK. Like every year, his fans also gathered outside his house, Mannat. But the most memorable wish was that Dubai’s iconic skyscraper Burj Khalifa lit up with his name and a birthday wish.

As we know, Shah Rukh Khan is loved by people across the world. On his birthday, Dubai’s skyscraper lit up in colorful lights to wish him a happy birthday.  Let’s take a look at how it looked!

 

King Khan’s Birthday Wish on Burj Khalifa

Although it isn’t the first time that SRK’s birthday greeting was put up on the Burj Khalifa. In fact, it is the third time that King Khan got featured on the tallest building in the world. Last year, he celebrated his birthday with family members in Dubai. SRK posted a photo in front of the tower and wrote, “It’s nice to see myself on the biggest and tallest screen in the world. My friend #MohamedAlabbar has me on the biggest screen even before my next film. Thanks and love you all! Being my own guest in Dubai… my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!

The 163-storey skyscraper featured a special light show. Along with that, the famous SRK song ‘Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jaana Sanam’ from his movie Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge was also played from the loudspeaker. Renowned Emirati businessman Mohamed Alabbar and the founder of Emaar Properties also shared the video tagging Shah Rukh Khan on Twitter. He captioned it, “Happy birthday to my brother Shahrukh @iamsrk.  May you shine brighter, forever! Love from all of us – Mohamed.
