Sex Education Season 4: Trailer, Release Date, Cast, and Everything You Need to Know

Supporters, begin preparing for the forthcoming premiere of Sex Education Season 4 and the ultimate season—it’s going to be great! It’s been nearly two years since we last saw Otis, Eric, Maeve, Aimee, and the rest of the Moordale Secondary School team, and now the countdown has officially started for their highly anticipated farewell reunion.

Trailer of the upcoming season

First things first, though: have you seen the Sex Education Season 4 trailer? You’re in for a treat if not. The first official teaser from Netflix was just released, and it’s everything you could have wanted. In front of his former peers, Asa Butterfield’s Otis is back and just as wonderfully awkward as usual as he makes introductions to the student at Cavendish Sixth Form College.

But the thrills don’t stop there! The teaser gives us tantalizing glimpses of our other beloved characters. Maeve has embarked on a new chapter at a school on the other side of the world. Aimee catches our attention with a toy (intriguing, isn’t it?). Adam shares a driving moment with his father Michael. Jean is captured holding her precious new baby. And for all those who ship them, Ruby is seen in bed with Otis. Undoubtedly, sparks are flying and our hearts are racing!

The release date for Sex Education Season 4 is confirmed

So let’s mark our calendars for Thursday, September 21, 2023, when Sex Education Season 4 will be available on Netflix. Clear up your schedule and be prepared to enjoy the ride of emotions that is about getting underway because you aren’t going to want to miss this chance!

Cast

Of course, Sex Education wouldn’t exist without its stellar cast. Otis Milburn is portrayed by Asa Butterfield, Eric Effiong by Ncuti Gatwa, Maeve Wiley by Emma Mackey, Gillian Anderson as Dr. Jean Milburn, Aimee Lou Wood as Aimee Gibbs, and Connor Swindells as Adam Groff just a handful of the many well-known actors who will be back for the series’ final season. This cast’s combination of talent and chemistry will undoubtedly provide a memorable series finale.

Interestingly, there’s still plenty! Dan Levy, who won an Emmy for his work on Schitt’s Creek, Thaddea Graham from Doctor Who, Lisa McGrillis from Somewhere Boy, and many other fresh faces will be joining the cast for Season 4. Their participation will undoubtedly inject new life and explosive performances into a lineup that is already outstanding.

With the exciting news, comes sad news. The fourth season of Sex Education will serve as the series finale. Even though the show’s creator Laurie Nunn has promised that it would end on a high note, it will be difficult to say goodbye to these adored characters and their compelling tales.

Prepare for smiles, tears, and all the feels.
