It’s official now. The main cast of Sandman , the live action series that Netflix is preparing is already known and among them we already know who will give life to Sueño, the protagonist of it.

Tom Sturridge has finally been chosen to be Dream , one of the seven Eternals who rule the world. On the other hand, Netflix has decided to hire Gwendoline Christie to play Lucifer, the same character that Tom Ellis plays in Lucifer .

It should be noted that the Lucifer series is based on some spin-off Sandman comics that were created after the event, so it is strange that the great streaming platform has not decided to choose Tom Ellis for that role again.

Vivienne Acheampong will play Lucienne, a male character in the comics but this time as the librarian of the Dream kingdom. Charles Dance will play Roderick Burgess, the Supreme Magician of the Order of Ancient Mysteries. Boyd Holbrook will be the Corinthian demon. And finally, Asim Chaudhry and Sanjeev Bhaskar will be the brothers Abel and Cain.
