Career

She began her career in 2009 by playing a small role in one the comedy series of Pakistan Nadaniyaan. In 2011 she debuted in the serial as main actress from the series Mehmoodabad ki Malika. For her her role in this series she received lots of praise. Later she rose to fame after doing many successful series like comedy Mohabbat Jaye Bhar Mein (2012), the romances Sitamgar (2012), and Meri Ladli (2012), the family comedy Quddusi Sahab Ki Bewah (2013), and the drama Gul-e-Rana (2015). For her performance in Psychological Samantha(2013) was very much loved also in teem drama Nanhi (2013) the revenge drama Chup Raho (2014) and the spiritual romance Khuda Dekh Raha Hai (2015). This also helps her earn worldwide recognition as well as the Lux Style Award for Best Actress.

Sejal earned a lot of recognition and was critically acclaimed for playing the role of an troubled child in the telefilm Behadd (2013), and an aspiring actress in the relationship drama Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay (2016), her first feature film. Sejal also made her debut in Bollywood opposite Sridevi in the year 2017 with the movie Mom. Aly also sang the theme song for the series O Rangreza, in which she plays the character Sassi.She portrays the role of Chammi in 2018 period drama Aangan of Hum TV.
