Who is Ritika Sajdeh?
Ritika Sajdeh is the wife of the Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma. She was born on 21 December, 1987 (34 years old) to Bobby Sajdeh and Tina Sajdeh. Professionally, she is a sports manager. She has been working with Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment since its inception. The company is owned by her first cousin Bunty Sachdeva. From the beginning, she has been handling all sports engagements for the company. She was one of the first people who joined her brother’s company.
Rising Star Ritika
Due to her job as a sports manager, Ritika Sajdeh had many interactions with famous sports personalities. During a Reebok shoot she was managing, she was introduced to Rohit Sharma by Yuvraj Singh. International cricketer, Yuvraj Singh is Ritika’s rakhi- brother. In an interview, Rohit mentioned how their first meeting was a disaster. He was anxious and worried throughout the shoot and had to re-record a few lines as his mic was off. In between the shoot, when he went for a quick walk, Ritika accompanied him. She comforted him and said that he can ask her for any assistance he needs. Later, she began managing him as well. Their relationship grew further. However, only when she began dating Rohit Sharma she gained a celebrity status.
Rohit Sharma and Ritika Sajdeh’s Relationship
Bunty and Rohit Sharma had been acquaintances for over 10 years. Bunty played an instrumental role in their first meeting. Reportedly, Rohit Sharma proposed to Ritika in Borivali sports club ground with a solitaire ring. Later, they got engaged on 3 June, 2015. Ritika Sajdeh and Rohit Sharma got married to each other on 15 December 2015 at Taj Lands Hotel, Mumbai. Their wedding was witnessed by a pool of famous people from Bollywood, business, politics and sports.
Ritika and Rohit currently live in Worli, Mumbai. She calls her husband ‘Ro’ , which is his nickname. They both have a baby girl. She was born on 30th December 2018.

Her Apology to Husband Rohit Sharma
After the World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand wrapped up. Indian cricketers are currently spending some quality time with their families. They are holidaying in England. However, Rohit Sharma was occupied in shooting an advertisement. Soon, Ritika noticed a dog on the set with him. Therefore, Ritika Sajdeh took to Instagram. She uploaded a story with husband Rohit Sharma and a dog and wrote ‘Sorry Ro.. You are not the cutest on the set anymore’. Fans have been loving her humorous yet witty side. Her story on social media where she apologized to her husband for finding someone cuter than him was funny.
Rohit and Ritika also visited Lost Kingdom Park in London with daughter Samaira. Rohit posted a photo with daughter Samaira. He captioned it ‘ If you want to learn to be happy, let a kid remind you how! Pure Joy with these cuties’. Ajinkya Rahane’s daughter was also seen in the photo.
