Dr Sanjay R Shastri’s name is synonymous with astrology and vastu as he is the most sought after individuals for people seeking expertise in these fields. This masters degree holder from Pune, Maharashtra has extensive knowledge about vedas and astrology which has catapulted his popularity not only across the country but also around the globe. This immensely knowledgable individual has years of experience around this sphere having worked as a vedic teacher in Shree Krishan Satya Sai Gajanan Pratishthan Chakur in Maharashtra from 1998 to 2000. Dr Shastri is also the member of the International Sandeepani Ved Pratishthan, an organization based in Ujjain, where all the international vedic and spiritual gurus come together to spread their knowledge on ved vigyan, astrology and hindu rituals.

Furthermore, he has worked as a head priest in Delhi’s, Shri Sanatan Dharm G.K. Sabha, heading around 15 priests under him, where he implemented strategic ideas for the improvement of the premises. He still holds the position of an advisor for the temple.
He says that he has been extremely fortunate to have trained under the guidance of Shukdev Chatuvedi in Lalbahadur Shastri Vidya Peeth on subjects of Ganit and Falit Jyotish for four years. His list of accomplishments is vast as he also heads the Vedic Science Astrology Research Center in Delhi, which publishes a book titled Jyotish Shodh every month. Dr Shastri went to the US in 2007, and started managing the affairs of Sanatan Dharm Mandir in Kent, WA. He is also the chief head of Vedic Astroscience Foundation of America. Recently, he along with one of the board of directors of VASFOA Organization, Diane M Rousseau, presented Shri Devkinandan Thakur ji with the International Religious Honor Award, which is presented to people who internationally advocate and preserve their religion.
