Is it fair enough to say that we have missed Ranbir Kapoor on the big screen? Well, Why not! Bollywood’s chocolaty boy has been missing in action for a long time now. His last film, Sanju, was released in 2018. As a result, Ranbir’s fans are longing to see him back on the screens.
I have got some good news for Ranbir’s fans. Reportedly, Ranbir Kapoor is fully packed with shoots. However, none of the films are ready for consumption. It is confirmed that something for sure is cooking!
Ranbir Kapoor’s Upcoming Movies
Shamshera: The movie, ‘Shamshera’ is a period drama. It is set in the 1800s and is directed by Karan Malhotra. The film is produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Shamshera is a story about a dacoit tribe that took charge in the fight for their rights and independence from British Rule. Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor are in the lead. She is playing the role of a dancer and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Shamshera. Sanjay Dutt is the antagonist. The filming of Shamshera began in December 2018 and was wrapped up in January of 2020. However, due to some technical glitches, the actors had to reshoot a few scenes. The re-shooting of those scenes got postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic. The film was expected to be released in 2021. However, the release is postponed to 2022.

Bramhstra: Brahmāstra: Part One of Three is also known as Brahmāstra. It is an upcoming Bollywood superhero film. The film is written and directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar. Big stars of Bollywood will be seen in this movie. Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni are a few of them. They will be seen in pivotal roles in the movie. Bhrahmstra will serve as the first film in a planned trilogy.

Animal: Popular for the film Kabir Singh, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s next film as a director is Animal. The film is a crime drama that showcases strained relationships between every character. Due to this, the protagonist becomes an Animal. Ranbir Kapoor will play the lead role. Animal will also star other actors including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Parineeti Chopra.
