Rajasthan Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme: Employment opportunities are going to appear soon for the youth of Rajasthan. The Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme, launched by CM Gehlot in the Chief Minister’s Budget Announcement, is starting from June 12 in Rajasthan. In this, there is a guarantee of giving 100 percent employment (Rajasthan Jobs). For this, a meeting of the officers of all the departments of their district was taken by the collector of all the districts, in which instructions have been given to publicize the scheme and benefit more and more people.

The nature of the work will be something like this –

Under Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme, crematoriums, soil removal work in cemeteries, tree planting work in public places, bush cleaning work in public places, plantation work, garden cleaning and nursery related work, public Cleaning and maintenance work of community toilets, cleaning of drains, work of removal of material from construction demolition works in public places, dividers, railings, wall painting work in public places etc. will be done. For this Rs 259 will be given every day.

Can apply in corporation –

Applications are being invited by the corporation from young men and women willing to do the work of the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme. The application format has been made available to all the ward councilors including the corporate office. One can get all kinds of information by reaching the designated place. A maximum number of candidates can apply.

Who is eligible –

Budget Announcement Point No. of the year 2022-23 In 6, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had promised to provide 100 days of employment to the unemployed people residing in the urban areas of Rajasthan. Due to this, this scheme is being launched simultaneously in entire Rajasthan from June 12. About Rs 800 crore will be spent annually in the implementation of this scheme. Members of the age group of 18 to 60 years of every family residing in urban area will be eligible for this scheme. In this, the job card will be issued by registering on the basis of Jan Aadhar card. All the needy can apply for job card at Municipal Corporation or E-Mitra center.
