The businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19. For those who do not know, Raj was accused of being involved in production and distribution of pornographic content on the Hotshots app. He was booked under Section 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
However, on 21st September, Raj Kundra was granted bail in the porn case. Raj Kundra’s plea had been rejected multiple times by the Mumbai Police. As he was claimed to be one of the “key conspirators” in creating and putting out adult content. Last night, Raj Kundra along with his partner Ryan Thorpe was granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000 at a Metropolitan Magistrate Court. As Raj Kundra stepped out of Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail, he looked very distressed. After his release, he headed straight to his home. The internet is flooded with Raj’s photos getting out of jail. He looked visibly distressed and was teary-eyed. Kundra looked very thin. It seems as if he had a drastic weight loss while he was in jail.
After Raj Kundra’s bail, Shilpa Shetty’s son Viaan shared a post on Instagram. The photo was from the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. Recently, Shilpa Shetty held Ganpati Puja at her place in her husband’s absence. In the photo, Shilpa Shetty is seen twinning with her lovely kids Viaan and Samisha. The Bollywood actress rocked her outfit while pairing it up with a traditional Maharashtrian nose ring. Her daughter Samisha looked too cute with her pink bow. Three of them can be seen seated in front of the idol of Ganesha. In the caption, the 6-year-old, Viaan wrote: “Life as long as Lord Ganesha’s trunk, Trouble as small as his mouse, Moments as sweet as modaks. Ganpati Bappa Morya!”
