Punjab Education Department has issued a new notice for recruitment to various posts of Master Cadre. All the interested candidates can check the notification released on the official website of the board, educationrecruitmentboard.com. According to the official notice, the board has changed the last date of application. Interested candidates can apply for this recruitment through online mode till 31st March. Earlier, the last date to apply was set as March 10.
To apply for these posts under this recruitment, the interested candidate must have a degree of Bachelors and B.Ed from a recognized university or institute. Apart from this, the age of the candidate willing to recruit for these posts has been fixed from 18 to 37 years. Through this recruitment process, 4161 posts of master cadre will be appointed in Punjab Education Department.
The number lying through this recruitment is thus 790 posts of English, 912 posts of Maths, 859 posts of Science, 240 posts of Hindi, 534 posts of Punjabi, 633 posts of Social Studies, 25 posts of Music and 168 of Physical Education. The posts have been fixed. The selected candidates on these posts will be given a salary of 35400 per month. Interested candidates can apply for the recruitment of Punjab Education Department online on the official website educationrecruitmentboard.com till 31 March. For this recruitment, the general category candidates will have to deposit 1000 and reserved category candidates 500 as an application fee. The process of application for recruitment to these teacher posts has been started on January 8.
