Perseverance Rover collected First Mars Sample in tube №266

NASA has announced that the Perseverance rover has completed the collection of Marsian rocks samples from Gazebo crater. And the sample has been sealed in an airtight titanium tube.

Thomas Zurbukin associate administrator for science at NASA headquarters in Washington said for all of NASA science.

This has proved to be a historic moment. The collection process began on 1 st of September with over 3000 parts of the Sampling and Caching system in the most complex mechanism ever sent to space.

The first sample of Marsian rock was done in a quest for ancient alienated microbes.

NASA has a brilliant plan to bring the samples to Earth in and well-structured mission known as  “mind-bending complicated”.

The con for this initiative being  NASA needs about a decade and a  $4 billion, and advanced technology to bring the Marsian rocks to our planet.

The Perseverance rover drilled a finger-width chunk of rock. The expenses of this success is of $2.4 billion labor.

NASA has always been into a core mission on the fundamental question of– Did Mars ever sustained a microbial life?

Jezero Crater is a 28-mile wide basin and the river’s current location. Engineers have built Perseverance and spent over 10 years to reach the destination Jezero Crater and gather its first sample. But it requires another 100 years for the rovers to actually reach the location. A river spread over the edge of the crater around 3.5 billion years ago and rimmed it in water. The river contained clay and minerals into the lake. That followed by falling into the bottom which trapped the microbes and converting them into fossils in the sedimentary rock.

NASA Perseverance Mars Rover with the help of  Twitter tweeted photos of the rock core slightly thicker than a pencil inside a Sample tube. NASA was initially doubtful about the development. The lander is known to be the largest one ever sent to Mars. It would then undergo the procedure by rolling over to fetch that would collect the tubes and transfer them into a container in a small rocket attached directly to the lander.

NASA has attempted the rocket to launch the sample container in the Mar’s Orbit. Never have been a case occurred when there have been any launches on the surface of Mars. Once it has settled revolving, the rocket would release the sample container. Hence settling it on the orbital path. This would be the largest known spacecraft of NASA that has ever been sent to Mars.

Once in orbit, the rocket would release the sample container, putting it on a path that would line up with the orbiter (which would be the largest spacecraft NASA has ever sent to Mars). Then the orbiter must grab the sample container.
